Return, Refund, Exchange and cancellation policies:

1. Return:
We offer returns and exchanges on eligible products within 7 working days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it.

1.1 Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including products which does have tags / labels and damaged intentionally.

1.2 Return Fee:

Shipping costs will be borne by us only if the delivered product(s) are defective, damaged, or of the wrong size or color. In all other cases, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer

2. Refund:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable as and when applicable.

3. Exchange:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please follow the return process and specify your exchange request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Cancellation:

Orders may be canceled at no charge within 24 hours of placing the order. After this 24-hour window, if the order has been processed for shipping, cancellations will no longer be possible, and customer will need to follow our return policy.
